Launch your Shopee App, click Prepaid, Bills & Tickets and under the Entertainment section, please select E-Vouchers to find the voucher you would like to purchase. 

After you find the voucher you want, click Buy Now to proceed with the checkout followed by the deal and click Buy Now. Choose your Payment Option from ShopeePay, Credit or Debit Card, Cash Payment at 7-Eleven or Online banking then click Confirm and Pay Now. Once payment is successful, you can find your voucher code after you click on View Order Details.

To redeem your purchased voucher, swipe the code at Swipe to Redeem in front of the cashier.

⚠️Note: 

Please only swipe and redeem your vouchers when you are at the merchant storefront, in front of the cashier. Food & Services Vouchers that are accidentally redeemed will be considered redeemed and will not be restored/refunded.

All Food & Services Vouchers purchased under Prepaid, Bills & Tickets are non-return/refundable, regardless of whether it is redeemed or not. If you have issues while redeeming your voucher at any of our merchants, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
